Mmmove & Relax Weekend – November
A weekend of relaxing classes, with the Saturday dedicated to helping you understand your posture and movement limitations, so that you can learn ways to help yourself move better and release aches and pains.
Fun, relaxed sessions:
Friday evening – Yoga Nidra (total relaxation), Meditation
Saturday – Mmmove™ workshop includes a look at posture and it’s implications; mobility; fun functional movement; prickle ball massage
Sunday – Flow Movement Meditation™, Stretch and Relax, Meditation
All classes are optional and may be subject to change to suit the group.
Plenty of time for relaxation.
