Learn the basics of Meditation, try different breathing and relaxation techniques, different ways to meditate, laughter, and movement with meditation.  There will be plenty of time to discuss and ask questions.

Stay in a freshly refurbished Superior Double Courtyard room in this lovely hotel, with beautiful grounds.
Included in price:
Two night stay
All food from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch
All classes and tuition – Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and early afternoon, Sunday morning 
Use of pool, sauna and gym – plenty of free time to enjoy the spa
Coffees/teas/water/fruit.
Do not worry about coming on your own as we will be eating together, and doing all classes and sessions together.  You only need to be on your  own if you want to!
£350 per person for sole use of room or £300 per person if sharing double room.
