Let go, love life......try a Laughter Class
Try my concept Move Laugh Breathe, and add the benefits of movement to the benefits of laughing!
Rather than play games as in Laughter Yoga, in Move Laugh Breathe, we combine breathing techniques and laughter will big, fascial-focused movements. What does that mean?! We use the whole body and gently stretch and bounce, and jump (optional!) while laughing. We also do some bodywork in pairs and release physical restrictions as well as mental and emotional.
We need to love ourselves before we can love others.
This is just one of the games we play in Laughter Yoga.
It is amazing to me, how many people can’t even say the words ‘I love you’ to themselves. Do you love your body and all that it does for you? Do you love you? You are amazing. You deserve to be loved.
The class may take you a little out of your comfort zone but that is part of how it works. By letting go a bit, we let out some of the tension and stress that we are holding in our everyday lives. This helps us to connect with ourselves and to connect with others.
