Mmmove in Fuerteventura 2017 at the gorgeous Las Playitas Resort Here we are working on the fascia and muscles from the feet, up through the hips and into the back. The aim is to move and slightly stretch into positions, and then move into a slightly different position. I want you to explore your tissue and movement. Keep knees bent and move through the foot, push the hips to one side, move through the torso; try to get your whole body moving. Be gentle and keep the movements subtle, and try to feel your body and the changes as you move; rather than just mimic my movement.
